Job Description:

• We are seeking a Art Director to lead the visual direction of digital campaigns and bring bold, creative ideas to life.
• This role is perfect for a seasoned creative who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality visual content that drives results.
• As a Art Director, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to conceptualize and execute compelling visual strategies.
• A strong grasp of motion graphics and the ability to create dynamic and engaging motion video content is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual content across various digital platforms.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into effective visual strategies.
• Create dynamic and engaging motion video content aligned with brand objectives.
• Contribute innovative ideas and strategies during brainstorming sessions.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to ensure project success.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for visual differentiation.
• Present visual concepts and strategies effectively to clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in art direction within a digital agency.
• Strong skills in motion graphics and video content creation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative vision and digital design expertise.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
