Job Description:

We are looking for a versatile and highly organized individual to fill a hybrid role combining Digital Marketing and Executive Assistance. This position is perfect for a creative professional who is just as comfortable managing digital campaigns and design assets as they are providing high-level administrative support. If you are tech-savvy, based in the Lekki/Ikoyi area, and have a proven ability to turn social media engagement into tangible sales, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Digital Marketing & Content:

  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content across our social media platforms.

  • Design high-quality visual assets using Canva and other digital design tools.

  • Execute targeted ad campaigns designed to generate leads and convert social media followers into actual customers.

  • Monitor digital performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and sales conversion rates.

• Executive Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the office or executive desk.

  • Maintain documentation, handle correspondence, and manage digital filing systems.

  • Prepare professional reports, presentations, and communication materials using Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Technical Savvy:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong creative skills with Canva or other graphic design software.

  • Deep familiarity with social media algorithms, content management, and paid advertising tools (Ads Manager).

• Proven Results: Must demonstrate a track record of leveraging content to drive specific business outcomes (leads and sales).

• Proximity: Must reside within Lekki, Ikoyi, or their immediate environs to ensure seamless access for our hybrid operations.

• Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to switch between creative marketing tasks and structured administrative duties with ease.
