Job Description:
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated Digital Marketer to spearhead our online growth. You will be the architect of our digital presence, tasked with blending compelling storytelling with precision-targeted advertising to build brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and drive measurable business growth. Requirements:
Strategic Campaign Management: Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that align with company goals and maintain consistent brand messaging.
Social Media & Content Strategy: Lead our social media presence, from content planning and creative development to active community engagement. You will produce high-quality copy for blogs, emails, and web platforms.
Performance Advertising: Plan, launch, and monitor paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
SEO & Web Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and website traffic.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Search Console), ensuring every marketing dollar contributes to business ROI.
Lead Generation: Support customer acquisition efforts by managing email marketing databases and optimizing conversion funnels.
Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing competitor research and stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our brand remains a market leader.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven professional experience as a Digital Marketer or in a comparable role.
Key Competencies:
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of SEO principles, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
Creative Skills: Excellent written/verbal communication and a strong creative eye. Basic graphic design skills are a significant plus.
Analytical Aptitude: Ability to translate complex marketing data into easy-to-understand performance reports and actionable strategy pivots.
Project Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Collaborative Mindset: A proactive team player who can work independently but thrives in cross-departmental collaborations.
