Job Description:

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Content Marketer to serve as the voice for our portfolio companies, specifically supporting TINSE® and Right Click Technologies Ltd. This is a strategic role for a professional who thrives on variety and is adept at tailoring content strategies to different audiences while maintaining a high standard of quality. You will be responsible for building brand trust, fostering technical communities, and converting social engagement into qualified business leads.

Requirements:

• Strategic Execution: Develop and implement bespoke content strategies that align with the specific growth goals of our portfolio companies.

• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content across multiple formats, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and website copy.

• Multi-Channel Management: Maintain a consistent posting schedule—averaging 12 posts per week—across multiple platforms using scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or HubSpot.

• Community Engagement: Actively build brand presence by monitoring audience interactions, fostering intelligent discussions, and maintaining a consistent, professional brand voice.

• Performance Optimization: Analyze metrics (reach, engagement, and conversion) to provide actionable insights. You will use data to iterate and improve the effectiveness of every campaign.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, designers, and agencies to ensure that all visual and written assets meet the highest quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.

• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.

• Key Competencies:

  • Versatility: Exceptional writing, storytelling, and video-editing skills.

  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of content management/scheduling tools (e.g., Later, HubSpot) and familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and analytics platforms.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple company brands simultaneously and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Start-up Mindset: A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to adapt quickly to new industries and platforms.

• Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with startups or managing multiple corporate brands simultaneously.

  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
