Job Description:

Are you a high-energy Fresh Graduate or a serving NYSC Corper looking to kickstart your career in the vibrant Lagos events industry? We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service & Sales Agents to join our team in Ikeja. This isn't just a job; it's a front-row seat to the business of celebrations.

Your mission is to be the face and voice of our premier event venues and marquees. You will turn curious enquiries into confirmed bookings, manage high-volume communications across WhatsApp and social media, and ensure every client feels like a VIP. If you are persuasive, professional, and ready to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment, we want to help you build your professional foundation.

Requirements:

1. Omni-Channel Engagement & Conversion

  • Enquiry Management: Act as the first point of contact for walk-ins, phone calls, and digital channels (WhatsApp/Social Media).

  • The "Close": Master the art of persuasion to promote our hall bookings and rental services, converting "just asking" into "fully booked."

  • Relationship Tracking: Maintain disciplined follow-up logs to ensure no lead goes cold.

2. Service Excellence & Problem Solving

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Deliver a "Service-First" experience that builds trust and encourages repeat referrals.

  • Professional Resolution: Handle complaints and booking overlaps with a calm, solution-oriented mindset, escalating to management only when necessary.

  • Records Governance: Use basic digital tools (spreadsheets and email) to keep customer data organized and accessible.

3. Target-Driven Performance

  • Sales Velocity: Actively contribute to meeting daily, weekly, and monthly venue occupancy targets.

  • Operational Agility: Support event days by being available for flexible hours, ensuring our venues are ready for the Lagos weekend rush.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Status: Fresh Graduate or current NYSC Corper (Serving in Lagos).

  • Education: OND, HND, or BSc in any discipline.

  • Location: Must reside in close proximity to Ikeja (to ensure easy commute for weekend shifts).

Core Competencies

  • Communication: "Street-smart" and professional verbal skills; ability to chat effectively on WhatsApp and email.

  • Persuasion: Naturally confident and able to sell the "vibe" and value of our event spaces.

  • Grit: Ability to stay professional under the pressure of a busy Saturday event schedule.

Salary

₦85,000 - ₦100,000/month
