Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. This is not just a support role; it is a "Brand Ambassador" position designed for a professional who understands that every customer interaction is an opportunity to build trust and generate value.
Your mission is to manage high-volume communications while actively identifying sales leads and assessing customer needs to ensure 100% satisfaction. You will be responsible for turning complaints into solutions and inquiries into long-term relationships. If you have a "hunter" instinct for over-achieving quotas and the emotional intelligence to handle diverse personalities, we want you to lead our front-line communications.
Requirements:
1. Relationship Architecture & Communication
Engagement Mastery: Manage large volumes of incoming calls with active listening and strong phone contact handling skills.
Trust Building: Establish sustainable relationships through open, interactive, and transparent communication with all customer accounts.
Accuracy & Integrity: Provide valid and complete information by leveraging the right CRM tools and communication protocols.
2. Sales Integration & Target Management
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify sales leads during service interactions to support organizational growth.
Quota Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales targets and call-handling quotas.
CRM Governance: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, processing accounts and filing documents within our CRM system.
3. Conflict Resolution & Operational Excellence
Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints with urgency, providing appropriate solutions and following up to ensure a "Closed-Loop" resolution.
Multi-Tasking: Prioritize and manage time effectively to handle multiple customer inquiries without compromising service quality.
Policy Adherence: Follow all internal communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: A proven track record of over-achieving performance quotas in a customer-facing role.
Technical Depth: Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices for data entry and customer tracking.
Location: Candidates must be able to work full-time in Ikeja, Lagos.
