Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Officer to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our service, managing interactions, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our users.
Requirements:
Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries across multiple channels (email, chat, etc.).
Issue Resolution: Handle complaints promptly and escalate complex matters as needed.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of interactions and transactions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Tech, Compliance, and Operations teams to solve user issues.
Process Improvement: Identify recurring pain points and provide feedback to enhance our service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in customer support, ideally within a fintech or fast-paced environment.
Communicative: You have excellent interpersonal skills and can convey solutions clearly.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in customer support tools and Microsoft Office.
Diligent: Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving.
Salary
