In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing comprehensive onboarding support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring our users have a seamless experience with our products. Requirements:

  • Customer Support: Act as the face of our company, providing professional and timely assistance to customers via various communication channels.

  • Onboarding: Guide new users through the product onboarding process, ensuring they understand key features and value propositions.

  • Soft Skills: Strong empathy, patience, and a "customer-first" mindset.
