Job Description:
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, WhatsApp, and phone.
- Help users resolve account, listing, or transaction issues.
- Track and follow up on open support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Assist in gathering customer feedback to help improve platform features and user experience.
- Maintain clear documentation of user conversations and resolutions.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in customer service or support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email tools, and basic CRM or support platforms.
- Patient, attentive, and able to stay calm when handlingusers.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a working smartphone or laptop.
- Knowledge of Nigerian online buying and selling culture is a strong plus.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience working with online marketplaces or eCommerce platforms.
