We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Supervise and support customer service representatives across all terminals or offices.
- Ensure all customers' queries, complaints, and feedback are handled promptly and effectively.
- Monitor customer interactions and provide coaching and training to improve performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer service metrics (response time, satisfaction, etc.).
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
- Resolve escalated issues and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other department (operations, ticketing, logistics) to enhance customer experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a customer service supervisory role (transportation industry preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team, handle pressure, and manage conflict.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Must be customer-focused and results-driven.
