Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy and culturally agile Customer Service Intern (specifically for NYSC Corps Members) to anchor our client engagement operations in Gwarimpa. In the dynamic Abuja service sector, success is defined by "Resolution Velocity", the ability to address customer needs with professional precision, empathy, and linguistic versatility. This role is designed for a "Service Ambassador" who can blend "Meticulous Data Entry" with the "Problem-Solving Grit" required to turn inquiries into positive brand experiences.

Your mission is to ensure "Seamless Interaction and High-Fidelity Support." You will be a vital front-line representative: responsible for managing inbound inquiries, navigating complex customer issues, and providing the data-driven feedback needed to refine our service delivery. Requirements:

1. Engagement & Information Governance

  • Professional Communication: Act as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, addressing concerns with a "Customer-First" mindset via professional call handling.

  • Knowledge Sovereignty: Provide accurate, high-fidelity information regarding company services, pricing structures, and internal policies.

  • Linguistic Versatility: Utilize your fluency in Yoruba and English to bridge communication gaps and ensure diverse client needs are met effectively.

2. Issue Resolution & Follow-Up Mastery

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Identify the root cause of customer frustrations and provide timely, effective solutions that restore client confidence.

  • Service Completion: Conduct proactive post-interaction follow-ups to verify that issues were resolved to the customer's absolute satisfaction.

  • Process Navigation: Guide clients through company procedures and digital processes, ensuring they feel supported at every touchpoint.

3. Data Integrity & Process Evolution

  • Records Management: Maintain accurate, organized logs of all customer interactions and feedback within our data entry systems.

  • Operational Feedback: Provide management with real-time insights on service bottlenecks to help enhance overall operational efficiency.

  • Schedule Discipline: Adhere to strict communication schedules and multitasking requirements to ensure zero downtime in customer support.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA / B.Sc / HND) in any relevant field.

  • Status: Must be a currently serving NYSC Corps Member in the FCT.

  • Experience: 0–1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.

  • Linguistic Mastery: Must be able to speak and understand Yoruba fluently.
