This role is designed for a "Communication Architect" with 2–4 years of experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (handling complex inquiries) with the "Sales Agility" required to turn prospective interest into high-value property acquisitions.

Requirements:

1. Communication Orchestration & Professional Governance
