Job Description:
- Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Receive laundry items and record customer requests accurately
- Tag and label items appropriately for identification
- Issue receipts and keep proper records of transactions
- Communicate special instructions (e.g., stain removal, ironing preferences) to the laundry team
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely notification to customers when items are ready for pickup
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to attend to customers politely and efficiently
- Basic record-keeping or organizational skills
- Trustworthy and responsible.
