Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and service-oriented Customer Service Officer to anchor the client-facing engine of our Kabosa-based operations. In the specialized landscape of Abuja’s premium service sector, success is defined by "Client Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume inquiries with the clinical precision required for Order Processing, Product Education, and Conflict Resolution. This role is designed for a "Service Architect" who can blend "Relational Grit" (resolving complex customer complaints) with the "Operational Agility" required to thrive in a Live-in (Residential) professional setting.

Requirements:

1. Engagement Orchestration & Product Governance

  • Inquiry Sovereignty: Attend to clients and answer complex product questions with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Knowledge."

  • Conversion Architecture: Guide potential clients through the product value proposition, providing the "Structural Foundation" for successful sales and retention.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times, ensuring the "Source of Brand Hospitality" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Transaction Logic

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of SSCE (Must have collected the Original Result).

  • Location: Must currently live within Abuja, Nigeria.

  • Attributes: High level of patience, strong communication skills, and a professional attitude.

  • Orientation: Must be willing and able to commit to a Live-in (Residential) arrangement.
