Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and service-oriented Customer Service Officer to anchor the client-facing engine of our Kabosa-based operations. In the specialized landscape of Abuja’s premium service sector, success is defined by "Client Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume inquiries with the clinical precision required for Order Processing, Product Education, and Conflict Resolution. This role is designed for a "Service Architect" who can blend "Relational Grit" (resolving complex customer complaints) with the "Operational Agility" required to thrive in a Live-in (Residential) professional setting.
Requirements:
1. Engagement Orchestration & Product Governance
Inquiry Sovereignty: Attend to clients and answer complex product questions with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Knowledge."
Conversion Architecture: Guide potential clients through the product value proposition, providing the "Structural Foundation" for successful sales and retention.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times, ensuring the "Source of Brand Hospitality" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Transaction Logic
Processing Sovereignty: Receive orders and process financial transactions with high-fidelity accuracy, acting as the primary "Source of Commercial Velocity."
Resolution Architecture: Lead service recovery efforts by resolving customer complaints in real-time, providing the "Protective Foundation" for brand reputation.
Accuracy Stewardship: Ensure 100% precision in order documentation and client records, maintaining the "Source of Operational Integrity."
3. Operational Integrity & Residential Power
Continuity Sovereignty: Manage the unique requirements of a Live-in role, acting as the primary "Source of On-Site Reliability."
Logistics Architecture: Utilize provided accommodation and feeding resources to maximize productivity, providing the "Functional Foundation" for seamless 24/7 service availability.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Abuja-based market knowledge to navigate client needs in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of SSCE (Must have collected the Original Result).
Location: Must currently live within Abuja, Nigeria.
Attributes: High level of patience, strong communication skills, and a professional attitude.
Orientation: Must be willing and able to commit to a Live-in (Residential) arrangement.
Core Competencies
