Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and compassionately elite Customer Service Representative (CSR) to anchor the engagement engine of Throne Investment Homes Limited. In the specialized landscape of premium real estate development and property investment, success is defined by "Experience Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize client aspirations with the clinical precision required for Product Information, Lead Generation, and Rapid Problem Resolution. This role is designed for an "Engagement Architect" who can blend "Relational Grit" (managing large call volumes and building sustainable trust) with the "Advocacy Agility" required to troubleshoot customer accounts and ensure high-margin satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Relationship Orchestration & Trust Governance
Inquiry Sovereignty: Manage large amounts of incoming calls with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Product/Service Intelligence."
Trust Architecture: Build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication, providing the "Structural Foundation" for long-term investor confidence.
Advocacy Stewardship: Put yourself in the customer's shoes to advocate for their needs, ensuring the "Source of Client Satisfaction" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Sales Logic
Lead Sovereignty: Actively generate sales leads and identify customer needs, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Opportunity."
Response Architecture: Provide accurate and complete information using the right methods and tools, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for meeting call handling quotas.
Troubleshooting Stewardship: Investigate and resolve complaints with confidence and speed, maintaining the "Source of Operational Integrity."
3. Administrative Integrity & Performance Power
Record Sovereignty: Keep precise records of interactions and process customer accounts, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Memory."
Target Architecture: Meet personal and team sales targets consistently, providing the "Visual Foundation" for branch-level performance excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven track record in Customer Support or as a Client Service Representative.
