Job Description:

• Attend to online customers promptly and professionally
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and enquiries
• Manage order processing and follow up with customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Provide product information and support to clients
• Ensure proper communication between customers and the operations team
• Manage social media enquiries and respond appropriately
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 3 years experience.
