Job Description:

This role is designed for a "Fulfillment Architect" with 2–4 years of experience in the food or event industry who can blend "Relational Grit" (building corporate client trust) with the "Operational Agility" required to manage high-volume inquiries across WhatsApp, phone, and social media.
Requirements:
1. Communication Orchestration & Brand Governance
Inquiry Sovereignty: Respond to customers across all platforms with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Product and Pricing Intelligence."

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
