Job Description:
- Greet and assist customers courteously in-store, online, and via phone or social media.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update order information.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure all issues are resolved.
- Uphold the brand’s image by delivering exceptional service at all times.
- Support daily administrative and showroom operations as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a beauty, fashion, or luxury hair brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the use of CRM tools, social media, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Polished, confident, and well-presented demeanor suitable for a luxury environment.
- Must reside within or around Lekki and be available to work on weekends if required.
