Myafrimall Logistics Limited - We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to both walk-in and online customers, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Job Description:

  • Attend to walk-in customers promptly and professionally.
  • Respond to online customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Provide accurate information about company services and shipment status.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a courteous manner.
  • Process customer requests and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Support other administrative and customer-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
