Job Description:

• Greet and assist clients with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service related questions both in person and over the phone.
• Manage client appointments and follow up on inquiries or appointments via phone, email, or messaging systems.
• Provide information on aesthetic services, procedures, and products with accuracy and professionalism.
• Handle client complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and follow-up when needed.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the database.
• Assist with administrative duties, including managing the front desk, client intake forms, and coordinating with other clinic staff.
• Miantain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area.
• Provide support during busy periods and help with operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year work experience.
• Prior experience in customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, appointment scheduling software, and basic office equipment.
