Job Description:

• We are seeking a smart, proactive, and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring excellent service delivery.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving issues, supporting business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and service issues.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Prepare reports on customer feedback, client activities, and relationship management performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support business development initiatives and client engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Requirements:

• HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 2 – 3 years of experience in customer service, client relationship management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.

Preferred Skills:

• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
• Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
