Job Description:

We are seeking a vibrant, professional, and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced FMCG team in Lagos. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer interaction is positive.

This position requires fluency in the Igbo language and previous professional experience in a customer service role. If you are a problem-solver who enjoys helping people and thrives in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary contact for our customers, providing clear and helpful information via phone, email, or chat.

  • Issue Resolution: Actively listen to customer problems and provide prompt, effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our FMCG product range to assist customers with informed recommendations and inquiries.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in our database.

  • Feedback Loop: Gather and report customer feedback to management to help improve our service delivery and product quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in the Igbo language. You will be required to communicate effectively with our Igbo-speaking customer base.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is compulsory. You understand the fundamentals of de-escalating issues and providing world-class support.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.

  • Qualifications: Relevant academic or professional qualifications.

  • Mindset: A customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.

Salary

N250,000 Net Monthly.
