Job Description:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Provide relevant benefits and features of products and services offered.
- Documenting accurately all customer information on organization software.
- Process orders efficiently and accurately.
- Providing timely and consistent feedback to customers.
- Soliciting and resolving customer complaints within the defined resolution timeframe.
- Upselling and cross-selling to clients on products and services.
- Maintain a clean ambiance of the working station and environment.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times when interacting with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
- Active listening skills.
- Must be comfortable with pets (dogs & cats).
- Soft Skills Requirement.
- Emotional Intelligence.
- Team player.
- Prmoximity to Lekki is an advantage.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in any field of study.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a customer support or marketing officer.
Salary
