Requirements:

1. Front-Line Engagement & Brand Representation

• First-Point Excellence: Manage the physical reception and digital entry points (calls, emails, social media), ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all stakeholders.

• Inquiry Management: Act as the primary knowledge hub, providing accurate information about our services and real estate offerings to prospects and affiliates.

• Social & Digital Presence: Maintain a professional and responsive presence on our social media channels, ensuring inquiries are addressed in real-time.

2. Service Recovery & Conflict Resolution

• Prompt Resolution: Own the complaint-handling process, using strong interpersonal skills to de-escalate issues and provide efficient solutions.

• Feedback Loop: Document customer feedback and prepare reports for management to drive continuous service improvement.

• Follow-up Protocol: Implement a rigorous follow-up system to ensure no client request goes unanswered and feedback is provided within stipulated timelines.

3. Operational Support & Documentation

• CRM & Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous customer records and documentation, ensuring data integrity across our digital and physical filing systems.

• Sales Synergy: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to provide lead-generation support and enhance the overall "customer-to-client" transition.

• Administrative Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare professional correspondence, reports, and internal documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in any relevant field.

• Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in Customer Service (Real Estate experience is a significant advantage).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
