Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Brand Sovereignty
Sovereignty of the First-Impression: Act as the primary touchpoint for all inquiries, ensuring every interaction reflects our "Luxury Brand Tone."
Rental Architecture: Manage the décor rental lifecycle—from availability verification and booking to pickup/return—providing the "Structural Foundation" for operational reliability.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% accuracy in rental documentation and status reporting, ensuring the "Source of Inventory-Truth" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Coordination Logic
Operational Sovereignty: Liaise between design, operations, and warehouse teams, acting as the primary "Source of Fulfillment Momentum."
Documentation Architecture: Manage client briefs and rental contracts, providing the "Functional Foundation" for flawless execution on-site.
Resolution Stewardship: Navigate last-minute changes, damaged returns, or delays with tact and professionalism, maintaining the "Source of Crisis-Management Maturity."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Engagement Sovereignty: Guide clients through the full journey, acting as the primary "Source of Stress-Free Event Execution."
Process Architecture: Utilize Rental-Management Toolkits to track outgoing/incoming stock, providing the "Relational Foundation" for repeat business and client retention.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 1 – 3 years in high-touch customer service; exposure to the events, hospitality, or rental sectors is a strong competitive advantage.
Technical Power: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and booking/inventory management systems.
Aptitude: Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral); extreme attention to detail (critical for rental tracking).
