Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to serve as the primary guardian of our commercial partnerships. In the distribution and veterinary sector, a customer is not just a transaction—they are a recurring revenue stream that requires constant nurturing. This role is designed for a "Portfolio Strategist"—someone with 2–4 years of experience who understands that "Relationships = Revenue" and possesses the discipline to ensure no active account goes cold.

Your mission is to eliminate churn and accelerate growth within our existing base. You will be responsible for the entire relationship lifecycle: from tracking buying patterns and reactivating dormant accounts to educating retailers and vets on new product benefits. If you possess high emotional intelligence, a structured approach to weekly reporting, and the firmness to manage payment accountability,we want you to drive our customer equity.

Requirements:

1. Retention Engineering & Proactive Engagement

  • The 7-14 Day Rule: Execute a rigorous engagement schedule, ensuring every assigned retailer, vet, or distributor is contacted at least once every two weeks via calls or visits.

  • Churn Mitigation: Actively monitor buying patterns to identify drop-offs early and implement immediate interventions to reactivate "at-risk" or dormant customers.

  • Conflict Resolution: Serve as the lead advocate for the customer internally, resolving complaints with high velocity to protect long-term loyalty.

2. Revenue Velocity & Market Intelligence

  • Upselling & Order Expansion: Identify and execute opportunities to increase order size and frequency through strategic product introductions and education.

  • Turnover Optimization: Monitor weekly customer turnover and recommend data-backed strategies to help partners improve their own sell-through rates.

  • Competitive Intel: Document field insights and competitor activity, providing the organization with "ground-level" intelligence to refine our market positioning.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Credit Control

  • Operational Synergy: Work closely with Sales, Inventory, and Logistics to ensure orders are processed and delivered with zero friction.

  • Financial Stewardship: Partner with the Credit Analyst to flag payment delays, holding customers accountable to credit terms without damaging the underlying relationship.

  • Health Reporting: Provide structured weekly reports on "Relationship Health," highlighting growth wins and portfolio risks.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2 – 4 years in Customer Management or Account Management, preferably within FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, or the Veterinary industry.

  • Financial Literacy: A basic but solid understanding of revenue, margins, and turnover metrics.
