Job Description:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• ‎Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers.
• ‎Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• ‎Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, complaints, and service quality.
• ‎Process customer documentation, payments, and service requests.
• ‎Participate in meetings to discuss customer trends, challenges, and service improvements.

Requirements:

• ‎Familiarity with the real estate industry, including current trends and regulations.
• ‎Familiarity with digital marketing with digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization(SEO).
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• ‎Experience with project management, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• ‎Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, developers, and industry partners.
• ‎Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• ‎Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
• ‎2–4 years of post-NYSC experience in customer relations or client relations (preferably in real estate, oil & gas, manufacturing, finance or construction industry).
