Job Description:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, complaints, and service quality.
- Process customer documentation, payments, and service requests.
- Participate in meetings to discuss customer trends, challenges, and service improvements.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with the real estate industry, including current trends and regulations.
- Familiarity with digital marketing with digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization(SEO).
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Experience with project management, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, developers, and industry partners.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of post-NYSC experience in customer relations or client relations (preferably in real estate, oil & gas, manufacturing, finance or construction industry).

Salary
