Job Description:

• Attend to client calls, emails, social media messages, and walk-in inquiries courteously and professionally.
• Provide detailed information about available properties, payment options, and company services.
• Maintain an updated database of clients and inquiries using CRM tools.
• Schedule appointments, property inspections, and follow up with clients after visits.
• Handle client complaints or issues promptly, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
• Support the sales and marketing teams with lead qualification and tracking.
• Prepare and send client correspondence such as invoices, receipts, and feedback forms.
• Ensure consistent communication and excellent service delivery to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Response time to client inquiries.
• Client satisfaction ratings.
• Number of leads successfully converted to sales.
• Accuracy and timeliness in record keeping and reporting.
• Quality of communication and professionalism in handling clients.

Requirements:

• Female Candidates preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Calm, patient, and empathetic personality with a client-first mindset.
• Must reside in Gudu or its environ

Qualifications and Skills:

• OND / HND qualification / B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service (real estate or hospitality preferred).
