Job Description:
Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead a content roadmap focused on growth, trust-building, and user education.
Multimodal Content Creation: Produce high-quality assets across all formats:
Video: Short-form storytelling for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Visuals: Eye-catching static and motion graphics for social and web.
Educational: "How-it-works" explainers and tips for both artisans and customers.
Proof of Concept: Before-and-after showcases, success stories, and user testimonials.
Community & Platform Growth: Manage and scale Contraktor’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Craft platform-specific messaging and maintain a consistent, trustworthy brand tone in all interactions.
Campaign & Product Marketing: Design and execute content for product launches, feature rollouts, and geographic expansions (State/City launches).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Operations and Support teams to align content with real-time platform activities and user feedback.
Requirements:
Proven Track Record: Experience creating content for digital products, startups, or marketplaces.
Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of current social media algorithms, trends, and engagement tactics.
Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in content tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar mobile/desktop editing apps.
Storytelling & Copywriting: Ability to translate technical app features into simple, emotional, and engaging benefits.
Data Literacy: Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (reach, engagement, and conversion) to track content ROI.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in Fintech, Marketplace, or Gig Economy platforms.
Advanced motion graphics and video editing skills.
Deep familiarity with Nigerian/African consumer behavior and the artisan landscape.
Experience managing Influencer or UGC (User Generated Content) campaigns.
