Job Description:

• Product Evangelism: Become a subject matter expert on our sleep technology (foam densities, lumbar support, cooling tech) and translate complex specs into relatable consumer benefits.

• Multi-Platform Strategy: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar tailored to specific platform strengths:

  • TikTok: Fast-paced, relatable, and trend-driven content.

  • Instagram: Aesthetic Reels and aspirational Stories that build a "cozy bedroom" vibe.

  • YouTube: In-depth reviews, "VS" comparisons, and educational sleep science videos.

• End-to-End Production: Independently shoot and edit high-quality video and photo content. This includes managing lighting for bedroom aesthetics, clean editing, and adding engaging on-screen graphics.

• Community Trust: Write authentic, trustworthy copy for all social posts that builds long-term brand authority rather than just "hype."

• Analytics & Optimization: Track and analyze engagement metrics and conversion rates to make data-driven improvements to future content.

• Project Management: Move projects from the "big idea" phase to final execution with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Sleep/Home Niche Passion: A genuine interest in sleep health, interior aesthetics, and product anatomy.

• Data Literacy: Ability to interpret social media insights to shape content strategy.

• Voice: A natural, engaging, and trustworthy on-camera presence.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven Content Portfolio: Experience creating high-performing video content (TikTok/Reels) with a focus on product education or lifestyle.

Technical Production Skills: Proficiency in mobile or DSLR cinematography, lighting for indoor/lifestyle settings, and video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
