Job Description:
Inbound Sales Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales inquiries via live chat, DMs, email, and phone.
Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive consultations to understand a customer’s sleep preferences, health requirements, and partner dynamics to recommend the ideal product.
Product Advocacy: Articulate the technical features and lifestyle benefits of our various mattress and pillow models with clarity and enthusiasm.
Customer Education: Guide customers through our unique value propositions, including trial periods, warranties, and seasonal promotions.
Cross-Functional Feedback: Partner with the Marketing team to relay real-time customer feedback and trending FAQs to help shape future campaigns.
Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed key performance metrics, specifically focusing on Conversion Rates and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
Requirements:
Target-Driven: Comfortable working independently in a remote or team environment while staying focused on sales targets.
Niche Interest: A genuine interest in sleep hygiene and wellness. (Bonus points if you take immense pride in your own bedroom setup and styling!)
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a customer-facing, consultative sales or high-touch support role (E-commerce, Premium Retail, or high-consideration Hospitality like Luxury Hotels/Airbnb).
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical specs into relatable benefits.
Soft Skills: A natural curiosity and the ability to ask the right questions to uncover customer needs.
