Job Description:

Studio & Content Administration

  • Manage studio schedules, recordings, and equipment
  • Organise raw footage, audio files, and creative assets
  • Maintain a clean, structured content archive
  • Coordinate recording sessions, creators, and timelines

 

Shared Editing & Repurposing (Core Focus)

  • Break down long-form content into short-form clips (Reels, Shorts, TikToks, X, LinkedIn)
  • Identify high-impact moments, hooks, and soundbites
  • Create multiple edits from a single recording for different platforms
  • Ensure content aligns with brand tone and platform best practices

 

Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit videos for social media, webinars, documentaries, and campaigns
  • Add captions, basic motion graphics, transitions, and sound design
  • Optimise content formats for each platform
  • Maintain consistent visual identity across brands

 

Content Workflow & Output Management

  • Work closely with Social Media Executives and Brand Leads
  • Ensure timely delivery of content calendars
  • Track content performance feedback and iterate edits
  • Support live sessions, campaigns, and launches

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a video editor / content repurposer
  • Strong understanding of short-form content psychology
  • Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
  • Excellent file organisation and workflow discipline
  • Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience working with founders, thought leaders, or media brands
  • Familiarity with AI tools for captions, editing, or automation
  • Basic graphic or motion design skills
  • Understanding of podcast and webinar editing

Salary

₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month
