Job Description:

• Quality Compliance: Enforce quality compliance for all food items supplied to ensure they meet industry standards and customer expectations.
• Profitability Management: Monitor and manage the profitability of the unit, ensuring costs remain under budget while maximizing revenue.
• Payroll Management: Oversee the monthly payroll process to ensure accurate and timely compensation for all staff.
• Loss Prevention: Implement strategies to prevent pilfering and undesirable practices within the catering operation, safeguarding company assets.

Requirements:

• Industry Knowledge: Previous work experience in the catering industry, with a solid understanding of menu and recipe interpretation.
• Catering Certification: A catering certificate or similar qualification is an added advantage, showcasing formal training in the field.
• Multitasking Ability: Proven ability to multitask and achieve results within specified timelines, ensuring efficient operation of catering services..
• Hygiene Standards: Knowledge of and adherence to catering hygiene standards, ensuring food safety and compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial catering or a similar environment, demonstrating a strong background in food service management.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with staff and clients.
• Organizational Skills: High level of organization and attention to detail, essential for managing multiple catering events and tasks
