Job Description:

• We are seeking an efficient Facility Officer will beresponsible for ensuring that factory buildings, equipment, utilities, and work environments are well maintained, safe, and functional to support smooth furniture production operations.
• The role focuses on maintenance coordination, safety, and efficient use of facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of factory buildings, offices, and production areas.
• Ensure proper functioning of utilities such as power supply, water systems, generators, compressors, and lighting.
• Coordinate routine inspections, repairs, and servicing of factory equipment and facilities.
• Monitor cleanliness, waste management, and general factory housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility.
• Supervise external vendors, technicians, and service providers.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and facility-related expenses.
• Identify facility risks and report safety hazards for prompt resolution.
• Support emergency preparedness and respond to facility-related incidents.
• Ensure efficient use of company assets and prevent damage or misuse.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance.
• Familiarity with factory safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications and Skills:

• HND / Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in facilities or maintenance roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
