Job Description:
- We are hiring Remote Call Center Agents to handle inbound and outbound voice interactions with customers.
- This role is for people who communicate clearly, and can stay calm under pressure.
- Being bilingual, is a strong advantage. You’ll be supporting customers across different regions, often acting as the human face of the company.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and confidently.
- Provide accurate information, support, and issue resolution over the phone.
- Communicate clearly in English and a second language, as required.
- Listen actively, understand customer concerns, and respond with empathy.
- Document call details accurately in the system after each interaction.
- Follow call scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
- Meet performance targets including call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, marketing, business administration or a relating field.
- 3 years previous experience in a call center, customer service, sales, or support role.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional foreign language ( Very Important).
- Clear speaking voice, good diction, and strong listening skills.
- Ability to remain professional and composed in high call volume environments.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems during calls.
- Experience in remote call center or virtual support roles.
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with CRM or call management systems.
- Sales, retention, or customer success experience.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction free workspace.
- Headset with noise cancellation and a reliable computer.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends or evenings if required.
- Self discipline and reliability in a remote environment.
