Job Description:

We are seeking an operationally elite, yield-obsessed, and commercially rigorous Plantation Governor to anchor the strategic immune system and revenue-generation engine of our organization. In the high-stakes world of plantation agriculture where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of crop-yield and the precision of the operational-cost filter success is defined by "Agricultural Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-level business strategy with the clinical precision required for Resource-Governance Architecture, Operational-Standard Stewardship, and Fiscal-Profitability Momentum. This role is designed as a "Plantation Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious agribusiness leader who can blend "Field-Operations Grit" (mastering the complexities of daily farm labor and security) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Business Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Strategic Sovereignty & Operational Architecture

• Sovereignty of Strategy: Interpret and implement the strategic business plan at the plantation level, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Agricultural Throughput."

• Operational Architecture: Develop initiatives for business growth and ensure strict adherence to company procedures and industry standards, providing the "Structural Foundation" for seamless farm productivity.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% adherence to safety, health, and environment (SHE) legislation, ensuring the "Source of Operational-Safety Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Governance Sovereignty & Resource Logic

• Yield Sovereignty: Ensure thorough evaluation of farm plants and daily staff duties, acting as the primary "Source of Productivity-Momentum."

• Strategy Architecture: Manage the entire employee lifecycle—from coaching to performance management—providing the "Functional Foundation" for a high-integrity, high-spirit team.

• Security Stewardship: Manage security systems and processes to protect assets, cash, and personnel, maintaining the "Source of Risk-Mitigation."

3. Operational Fidelity & Fiscal Power

• Diagnostic Sovereignty: Maintain extensive knowledge of market conditions and prepare periodic reports on achievements, acting as the primary "Source of Management-Insight."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Marketing; a Master’s Degree in a related field is required.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years at a Management Level.

• Technical Power: Mastery of business operations and strategy, financial/analytical reporting, and resource/people management.

• Aptitude: Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication capabilities; ability to solve complex problems in an agricultural environment.

• Demographics & Location: Male, aged 30–45; must be willing to relocate to the farm plantation in Oyo State.
