We are seeking a vibrant, technically elite, and resident-obsessed Estate Governor to anchor the operational immune system and asset-value engine of our residential community. In the high-stakes world of property management where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of maintenance-response and the precision of the infrastructure-filter success is defined by "Residential Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex building-systems (electrical/HVAC/plumbing) with the clinical precision required for Facility-Governance, Vendor-Architecture Stewardship, and High-Fidelity Resident-Satisfaction Momentum. This role is designed as a "Residential Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious facility professional who can blend "Operational Grit" (mastering the complexities of preventive maintenance and budget tracking) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Estate Operations.
Requirements:
1. Residential Sovereignty & Infrastructure Architecture
Sovereignty of Operations: Oversee day-to-day estate operations, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Facility Throughput."
Continuity Architecture: Manage preventive/corrective maintenance for building systems (Electrical/Plumbing/HVAC), providing the "Structural Foundation" for uninterrupted residential living.
Integrity Stewardship: Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety/quality compliance, ensuring the "Source of Asset-Integrity Truth" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Governance Sovereignty & Resident Intelligence
Resident Sovereignty: Handle resident complaints and resolve issues with promptness, acting as the primary "Source of Community-Satisfaction Momentum."
Strategy Architecture: Monitor facility budgets and track expenses, providing the "Functional Foundation" for cost-effective asset management.
Vendor Stewardship: Coordinate service providers and contractors, maintaining the "Source of Execution-Quality."
3. Operational Fidelity & Estate Power
Diagnostic Sovereignty: Prepare regular reports on facility performance, acting as the primary "Source of Management-Insight."
Execution Architecture: Support occupancy management (move-ins/move-outs), providing the "Relational Foundation" for a seamless resident journey.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Technical-Expertise to accelerate the "Issue-to-Resolution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational-Asset Value Momentum."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Estate Management, or a related field.
Experience: 1–5 years of progressive experience in facility management, with a specific focus on residential estates.
Technical Power: Mastery of building systems (MEP), maintenance protocols, and Microsoft Office/Facility Management Tools.
Aptitude: Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication capabilities; ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-energy environment.
Mindset: Disciplined, proactive, and ready to maintain "Residential Sovereignty" as the primary face of the estate to our residents.
