Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and documentation
- Coordinate administrative workflows
- Support procurement and vendor management
- Maintain records and filing systems
- Provide administrative support across teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail.
