Job Description:
Strategic Partnership Management: Identify, negotiate, and close high-stakes commercial agreements with key industry players and C-level stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Scaling: Lead, mentor, and scale a world-class sales and business development team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
Business Modelling: Develop and refine sophisticated business models and financial forecasts to guide the company’s expansion and marketplace growth.
Market Expansion: Drive the growth of our platform/marketplace from early-stage to market dominance through an entrepreneurial approach and data-driven strategies.
C-Suite Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that align with the company's vision.
Requirements:
Industry Background: A proven track record of success within the Tech, SaaS, or Platform/Marketplace sectors is highly preferred.
Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams from the ground up.
Commercial Mastery: Expert-level skills in negotiation, financial forecasting, and complex contract management.
Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Professional Experience: A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or B2B Sales.
