Job Description:
We are seeking a digitally savvy, strategic, and commercially driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our client acquisition efforts through modern digital channels. Unlike traditional field-sales roles, this position centers heavily on Social Selling leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, digital networks, and inbound content marketing to identify, engage, and convert high-value corporate prospects.
The ideal candidate understands how to navigate digital ecosystems, build premium professional relationships online, and seamlessly guide a prospect from a social media interaction to a locked-in boardroom presentation.
Requirements:
Digital Prospecting & Social Selling
Lead Generation: Execute targeted online prospecting campaigns across digital ecosystems, with a heavy emphasis on LinkedIn outreach, professional forums, and strategic digital networking.
Funnel Management: Manage the "Social Pipeline"—mapping out key decision-makers, initiating personalized cold outreach, and engaging with prospects' content to build initial brand warmth.
Database Maintenance: Cultivate and update a rigorous internal database of digital leads, utilizing CRM tools to ensure continuous, systematic follow-ups.
Content Strategy & Brand Visibility
Value-Driven Marketing: Create, curate, and distribute insight-rich content that highlights the company’s expertise, solves client pain points, and naturally attracts inbound inquiries.
Trend Analysis: Monitor evolving social media algorithms and industry trends to identify untapped market opportunities and adjust outreach strategies accordingly.
Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal marketing and management teams to sync outbound social messaging with broader corporate growth initiatives.
Pitching, Conversion & Reporting
Presentation Leadership: Transition warm online leads into formal sales meetings, delivering high-impact presentations of the company’s B2B offerings.
Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with prospects from the initial digital touchpoint through negotiation and contract signing.
Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and present weekly and monthly reports on lead conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and ROI from social media business development activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Track Record: 2–4 years of progressive experience blending business development, corporate sales, and digital/social media marketing.
Proven Capability: A verifiable history of personally generating qualified business leads and closing deals specifically via digital engagement and social platforms.
