Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our growth initiatives. In a competitive marketplace, business development is about more than just making sales; it is about identifying untapped opportunities and architecting long-term value. Your mission is to serve as the engine of our revenue growth, transforming cold leads into high-value partnerships.
Based in our Gbagada office, you will be responsible for the entire sales funnel—from aggressive market outreach and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. If you have 3–5 years of experience and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets through consultative selling, we want you on our team.
Requirements:
1. Lead Generation & Market Expansion
Strategic Outreach: Identify and engage high-potential clients through a mix of direct outreach, referrals, and professional networking.
Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to identify gaps and implement strategies that expand our brand visibility.
Consultative Selling: Diagnose client pain points and tailor our product/service suite to offer high-impact solutions that drive mutual revenue.
2. Revenue Engineering & Proposal Management
Proposal Architecture: Develop and present compelling business proposals and contracts that clearly articulate our value proposition.
Sales Execution: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined pipeline management.
Brand Visibility: Collaborate on strategies that increase market reach, ensuring the brand is the "top-of-mind" choice for potential clients.
3. Negotiation & Stakeholder Management
Contract Negotiation: Lead high-level negotiations on pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure profitable and sustainable contracts.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term client retention and referral business.
Feedback Loop: Provide regular feedback to the product and management teams regarding market needs and client sentiments.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in sales or business development.
Location: Must be able to work full-time in Gbagada, Lagos.

Negotiation IQ: Strong ability to handle objections and close deals while maintaining healthy margins.
Communication: Exceptional presentation and verbal skills; ability to command a room and influence decision-makers.
