Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Executive to drive our market expansion across Lagos and Kwara. In the competitive landscape of real estate and housing, success is defined by more than just a sale, it is defined by the ability to build trust and provide long-term value to investors. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect" who can identify high-potential leads and convert them into lifelong clients.

Your mission is to bridge the gap between our premium property offerings and the right investors. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle: from strategic lead generation and aggressive prospecting to high-stakes negotiation and final closing. If you possess an "Entrepreneurial Spirit" and the persuasive grit to meet ambitious sales targets, we want you to join our team.

Requirements:

1. Revenue Generation & Strategic Planning

  • Market Penetration: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and expand our footprint in the Lagos and Kwara markets.

  • Lead Architecture: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads, utilizing both digital networking and traditional prospecting techniques.

  • Conversion Mastery: Transform prospects into customers through tailored presentations that highlight the financial and lifestyle benefits of our property portfolio.

2. Relationship Management & Negotiation

  • Customer-Centric Growth: Implement sales plans that balance aggressive financial gains for the company with high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.

  • Negotiation Excellence: Utilize advanced negotiation techniques to close high-value deals on land and housing units while maintaining brand prestige.

  • Portfolio Consultation: Advise clients on property investment trends, ensuring they make informed decisions that align with their financial goals.

3. Performance & Market Intelligence

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets to unlock high-yield commission structures.

  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on real estate market dynamics, competitor pricing, and emerging property hotspots in Nigeria.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: B.Sc. Degree / HND in any field (A background in Sales or Marketing is a significant advantage).

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to persuade and influence.

  • Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of modern marketing techniques and professional negotiation strategies.
