Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Business Development Executive to serve as a key architect of our organizational growth. In today’s competitive landscape, business development is more than just networking; it is about building a cohesive narrative through technology, design, and strategic outreach. This role is designed for a "Modern Growth Specialist", someone with 2–3 years of experience who can transition from deep market research to designing a high-impact presentation in Canva or PowerPoint.
Your mission is to expand our client footprint and elevate our professional presence. You will be responsible for the entire acquisition lifecycle: from identifying new market opportunities and supporting complex bid documentation to managing the sales pipeline and nurturing long-term client relationships. If you possess a Bachelor of Arts, a flair for persuasive writing, and a "target-driven" mindset, we want you to drive our strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
1. Client Acquisition & Proposal Architecture
Opportunity Hunting: Proactively identify and pursue new business leads, using market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Technical Writing: Develop high-quality, persuasive proposals, presentations, and concept notes that clearly articulate our value proposition.
Tender Management: Provide critical support in the preparation of bid and tender documentation, ensuring all submissions are compliant and professionally presented.
2. Project Marketing & Digital Presence
Visual Storytelling: Utilize basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.) to create visually compelling pitch decks and marketing collateral that capture client attention.
Tech Integration: Leverage digital tools and CRM systems to maintain an organized sales pipeline and generate accurate performance reports for leadership.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate across internal departments to ensure that our marketing efforts and project capabilities are perfectly aligned with client needs.
3. Relationship Management & Presentation
Stakeholder Nurturing: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as a reliable point of contact for new and existing accounts.
High-Impact Presentation: Deliver professional, persuasive presentations to potential partners and clients, showcasing our project management expertise.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Degree in a relevant field.
Experience: 2 – 3 years of progressive experience in business development, marketing, sales, or project-related roles.
Project Expertise: Demonstrated experience in project marketing and management is a distinct advantage.
Core Competencies
