You will be responsible for navigating the high-stakes world of enterprise tech sales, engaging with C-suite executives and technical leads to uncover deep-seated business problems. Requirements:
1. Consultative Prospecting & Lead Intelligence
Strategic Sourcing: Identify and prospect businesses with complex operational needs that require custom-built digital solutions.
Qualified Discovery: Lead rigorous discovery calls to map out client pain points, budget authority, and decision-making timelines.
Lead Qualification: Move beyond high-volume outreach to focus on high-intent leads using frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
2. Technical Solution Shaping & Pitching
Collaborative Architecture: Partner with our internal engineering and product teams to translate client needs into viable, high-impact software proposals.
Value-Based Pitching: Move away from "feature-dumping" to present proposals that focus on ROI, efficiency gains, and long-term business value.
Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex decision-making units, ensuring buy-in from both technical gatekeepers (CTOs) and financial decision-makers (CFOs).
3. Full-Cycle Deal Management
Pipeline Velocity: Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial cold outreach to final contract signature—ensuring consistent movement through the funnel.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations for high-value services, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and hitting aggressive revenue targets.
CRM Governance: Maintain a meticulous record of all interactions and deal stages within the CRM to ensure accurate forecasting.

Professional Profile
Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, with a strong preference for those coming from SaaS, Digital Agencies, or IT Consulting.
