Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and intellectually elite AI-Native Full Stack Developer to anchor our digital product engine. In the new era of software, success is defined by "Generative Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-fidelity frontend and backend engineering with the clinical precision required for deep AI integration, RAG pipelines, and LLM orchestration. This role is designed for a "Product Architect" who thinks AI-first, blending "Technical Grit" (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js) with the "Experimental Agility" required to ship production-ready, intelligent systems at a startup pace.

Requirements:

1. Generative Orchestration & AI Logic

• Intelligence Sovereignty: Design and deploy full-stack applications with AI at the core, ensuring every feature acts as a "Source of Intelligence" for the end-user.

• Pipeline Architecture: Implement high-fidelity RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and Vector Databases (Pinecone/Weaviate) to optimize the "Contextual Velocity" of our AI models.

• Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine elite prompt frameworks and AI automation systems, acting as the primary "Source of Accuracy" for LLM outputs.

2. Full-Stack Resilience & System Logic

• Frontend Stewardship: Build responsive and intuitive interfaces using React and Next.js, ensuring the "User Experience" is synchronously aligned with AI-driven features.

• Backend Architecture: Develop scalable backend systems and APIs using Node.js or Python (FastAPI/Django), maintaining the "Structural Integrity" of the application under high load.

• Cloud Governance: Deploy and optimize applications on cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, or Azure), ensuring absolute performance, security, and scalability.

3. Product Diplomacy & Startup Grit

• Feature Sovereignty: Collaborate with product and design teams to take ideas from concept to production, acting as the "Source of Execution" for rapid feature shipping.

• Automation Reconnaissance: Identify and implement AI Agents and automation workflows that enhance the "Operational Velocity" of the product and the development team.

• Ownership Mindset: Maintain an autonomous approach to problem-solving, providing "Intelligence-Driven" insights to optimize the overall system design.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Frontend Mastery: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React / Next.js.

• Backend Power: Hands-on experience with Node.js or Python (FastAPI, Django, etc.).

• AI Integration: Proven experience with OpenAI API, Claude, LangChain, and Vector Databases.

• Database Logic: Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
