Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically astute Chief Network Officer (CNO) to anchor the technological bedrock of our organization. In an era of rapid digital transformation, success is defined by "Connectivity Sovereignty", the ability to architect and manage an enterprise-grade network that is not only robust and scalable but clinically secure against evolving cyber threats. This role is designed for an "Infrastructure Architect" with 10–15 years of experience who can blend "Engineering Grit" with the "Executive Diplomacy" required to lead large-scale operations and manage complex technology partnerships.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Infrastructure & Growth Architecture
Backbone Orchestration: Develop and implement high-fidelity network strategies that align synchronously with organizational goals and long-term digital transformation roadmaps.
Scalability Governance: Oversee the end-to-end design of network systems, ensuring they provide the "Elasticity" required to support rapid business expansion without performance degradation.
Innovation Stewardship: Drive the adoption of emerging connectivity solutions, ensuring the organization remains at the "Cutting Edge" of enterprise networking and cloud systems.
2. Operational Integrity & Security Governance
Uptime Sovereignty: Ensure the high availability and clinical reliability of all network systems, maintaining a "Zero-Tolerance" policy for unscheduled downtime.
Security Engineering: Oversee network security protocols and performance optimization, collaborating with cybersecurity teams to protect the enterprise backbone from internal and external threats.
Performance Excellence: Monitor network health with millimetric precision, implementing proactive optimization to ensure seamless data flow across global operations.
3. Executive Leadership & Partner Diplomacy
Command & Mentorship: Lead and inspire network engineering and operations teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and high-speed problem-solving.
Vendor Sovereignty: Manage high-stakes relationships with technology partners and vendors, ensuring the organization secures premium service levels and cost-effective infrastructure solutions.
Fiscal Stewardship: Manage the network department’s CAPEX and OPEX budgets, ensuring every technological investment yields maximum strategic value.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
Experience: 10–15 years of robust experience in network architecture and operations, with a proven track record in large-scale enterprise environments.
Technical Mastery: Strong expertise in enterprise networking, cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP), and cybersecurity frameworks.
Preferred Credentials
Certifications: Elite-level certifications such as CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
Industry Context: Previous leadership experience in the telecommunications sector or within a Fortune 500-scale enterprise.
