Job Description:

  • Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Receive visitors, answer phone calls, and manage correspondence (emails, letters, deliveries, etc.).
  • Maintain and update company records, project files, and client databases.
  • Assist in preparing property documents, tenancy agreements, invoices, and reports.
  • Support facility management operations — scheduling maintenance, tracking work orders, and liaising with technicians and contractors.
  • Monitor office supplies and handle procurement requests in coordination with management.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment.
  • Run basic errands within Ibadan (e.g., banking, purchasing materials, delivering documents).
  • Assist in organizing company meetings, inspections, and site visits.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director or Office Manager.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic record-keeping.
  • Strong written and verbal, and social media communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and honesty.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.
  • Must reside in or around Ibadan (close proximity to the Bodija area is an added advantage).

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of OND / NCE / Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant administrative or clerical experience (experience in a real estate or facility management company is an advantage).
