Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Account Officer to anchor the financial engine of our Ikeja operations. In a specialized commercial landscape  where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the reconciliation and the precision of the tax filing success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize daily bookkeeping with the clinical precision required for Cash Flow Monitoring, Payroll Processing, and Statutory Compliance. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect", specifically a professional with 2 to 3 years of experience who can blend "Analytical Grit" (reconciling bank statements and ledger accounts) with the "Technical Agility" required to master Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Reporting Governance

• Sovereignty of the Ledger: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Fiscal Truth."

• Statement Architecture: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing the "Structural Foundation" for executive decision-making.

• Integrity Stewardship: Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Trust" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Transactional Logic

• Reconciliation Sovereignty: Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts with high fidelity, acting as the primary "Source of Data Accuracy."

• Remittance Architecture: Process payroll and ensure timely filing of tax schedules and statutory remittances, providing the "Functional Foundation" for regulatory compliance.

• Documentation Stewardship: Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and vouchers, maintaining the "Source of Evidence-Based Accounting."

3. Operational Integrity & Planning Power

• Liquidity Sovereignty: Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expenditures, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Health."

• Forecasting Architecture: Assist in budgeting and financial planning, providing the "Relational Foundation" for sustainable growth.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–3 years of accounting expertise to accelerate the "Transaction-to-Statement" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Fiscal Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

• Experience: 2 – 3 years of proven experience in a relevant accounting role.

• Technical Power: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern Accounting Software.

• Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of tax laws and statutory reporting standards.

• Location: Must be based in or able to operate from Ikeja, Lagos.
