Job Description:
- Administrative support and execution of all Projects, Partnerships, and Events/Programs
- Implementation of all Executive Council Decisions
- Communication and correspondence on behalf of the association and within
- Oversight of secretariat staff and operations
- Coordinate logistics for all meetings, conferences, and formal engagements
- Oversight on the preparation and presentation of the association's financial reports (financial statements, management accounts, project finance, and financial budget)
- Presentation of both domestic and international project reports (Financial)
- Research for external communication and debriefing
- Oveersight of the company's infrastructure (Website, Meeting and Productivity tools)
- Attend to members' request to resolve.
Requirements:
- Must be very competent in Microsoft suite, excel, power point and word.
- Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
- Must have very strong Analytical Skills
- Must be strong in Corporate communication and possess very functional Administrative skills
- Must be ready to travel (domestic and international) at very short notice
- Must be ready to work under minimal supervision.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1st degree Accounting Student (2nd Class Upper)
- Undertaking Ican at the Skills level or final part stage.
Salary
