About Company:

West African Soy Industries Limited (WASIL) is a major player in the West African soy industry, operating one of the largest specialized oils and fats processing complexes in Africa.

They are the largest soy oil complex in West Africa and work with farmers through an out-grower program. They also own the NASCON Vegetable Oil Refinery.

Job Description:

• This is a full-time job as a Graduate Technical Operator Trainee (Engineering) or Graduate Commercial Trainee (Non-Engineering).
• The role is based in Sagamu Ogun State and as Graduate Trainee, you will be involved in the day-to-day tasks related to Machine Operations, Machine Maintenance/repairs, Quality Assurance Management, Supply Chain Management and Leadership Development within the organization.

Requirements:

• HND/BSC/BA degree in related fields like Engineering, Management and or other related discipline.
• Not more than 0-3 years’ work experience.
• Not more than 25 years of age as at the date of application.
• Must be trainable, flexible and willing to work in fast paced environment.
• Leadership, Communication and Problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of Engineering, supply chain, or production operations will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Must have completed NYSC program.
